my guess "time is important" Viceroys on Well Charge
but the tune is not Viceroys. possible mislabel? To me sounds Like Michael Palmer...but can anyone name the tune?

I have it on a Channel One 7" from 1983..you guessed it, Michael palmer, tune called "No more"...you probably could have guessed that too based on the lyrics. Funny how your copy has "Hine is important" stamped on it.

I ordered this record from Reggae Record in Japan and it was not a Michael Palmer song but Vice Roys - Time Is Important, Matrix # DSR 5160. According Root Knotty Roots it on Thompson Sound Label.
