RASTAMAN VIBRATION was one of the albums that was always on the stereo back in 76 / 77 , along with JIMI HENDRIX and TALKING HEADS..etc.
I was 16...now I have 500+ Reggae CDs,
( about half of my CD collection )

It actually discoverd me...,
by sneaking up on me through, first, Israelites by Desmond Dekker in 1969 (not really called reggae back then - at least not known to me...), and later No Woman No Cry in 1975. I finally got hooked in 1977!!

Through a K.C. White single. It was 'Peace of Mind' and that tune still sends chills down my spine whenever I hear it. I lost that single maybe 20 years ago in high school, but I've found it again recently on eBay. Set me back a good 50 quid tho

Skizm, can you send an MP3 of this one? In return you get 8 minutes of the "Hight Times Talent Showcase" LP discussed in an on going parallel thread
