Oh my, never mind is it legal. I am more interested in is it Scratch. I am not saying that you are exchenging stuffs what are not scratch. You probably know what you are doing. Many do not. Check this.

I see choons on eBay said to be Black Ark that are NOT. Two at the present moment. The Kings is not black ark, it's just not that great recorded and probebly done at Channel 1 which also had that kinda sound 4 a few month when it first open. and neither is the Azul version of Lady lady. In fact, if, you read Dave Katz's brillient book it will tell you that Scratch and Azul turned up at the pressing plant with diffrent versions of the song and were frustrate about it. So how can Azul be Black Ark. It has fazing on it. So what?

I m not saying it is diliberate. A seller probably believe it is black ark. But arky is in the ear of the beholder. these are good choon but Scratch was not a part of it.

after my last posting on here i went and check the kings choon again. the ebay listing is Most likley right and i am wrong, the drums give it away evern thogh the rest of it isnt much black Ark-y. it may well be scratch. and the azul tune does soung scratch too so no problem either way. these are good choon still.

u r right. i&i feel stupid really. nuff rubbish chatted about reggae music without mi adding to it more still. never trust a lable. trust only your ears what jah give u. if it sounds like ark or king tubby then it must be so. and if not and u like achoon any way weather it black ark or what ever then this must be good enough. and if u are buying a choon it must be that you like it and want it. all this stuf about who produced it, the question SHOULD BE is it any good? if an ebay man hear a tune and say it is black ark and it sound like it, then who can argue, the facts are in the sound it make. i was wrong b4. the is no right and wrong, no bible of reggae that can decide like judgment day will provide the Ultimite Answer.
