I am wondering about this website, it is the only website that provides a tune I am looking for from long time. In past I used to see those websites based in Russia which were not legal to use from outside of that country. this one seems to be based in America or where ever:
http://mp3horde.com
is this a legal thing? I am really in need of that tune so I wonder if I should buy that flatrate once (20 $) but I am afraid to get in trouble.
Any expereiences with such websites?

Re: wondering about mp3 website
They have one of my albums on there (Eating Betty 'Reverbalism') and they're selling the tracks for $0.15.
I have never heard of them, my digital distributor (CDBaby) does not list them as one of their affiliates and I think they are not authorized to sell my music. I doubt I would receive any money from them if anyone were to buy some tracks. I have received money from most of the digital distributors that are authorized to sell my music, so it stands to reason that these guys are not legitimate.
Not much I can do about it I suspect. I also doubt that they are authorized to sell any of the music they sell but I can't be sure.
Their website has the same amateur 'look' as lots of the other unauthorized Russian mp3 sites so I wouldn't do business with them. not becuase they are Russian, but becuase they are not authorized.
And, there is no way I'm agreeing to sell my music for @$0.15 per track!
Good luck finding the tune you want.
I would suggest getting it for free some way rather than paying these guys!

yes I give thanx for the reply. it is exactly what i thought, site look funny to rass. I wont give them 1 cent.
I was looking for Leroy Smart track "Calling Calling" which is no where to find, it was a digital b release on 45 and I cant find it but those people have it, alone that makes me wonder already. I really hope they soon lock all this mp3 mess so only authorized shops can sell but that will take a while as russia dont want to join the cultural ring which is protecting artists from robbery
