It is definitely a Black Ark track yes.
Was trying to track down the correct title myself as well.
Was mistitled as "Earth Is The Fullness" by Edmond Brooks.

Someone over at B&F says its Hands & Heart (never heard of them; not listed here at RA, but I saw an album of theirs on E-Bay). So I'm one step forward, two steps backwards...

Re: Secret Black Ark/Lee Perry Productions
I just listened to Impact all Star - End Dust (or Endust or End US) from the Randy's anthology set (17th north parade).
The liner notes describes this track as Mittoo on lead organ but I can't hear him.
Also the style of the track clearly shows (to me) a Perry relation.
I know he used to cut his tunes at randy's at the time but once again from the liner notes, nothing refers to Scratch...
Any clues ?
Thanks

@Mick: Is this the "Hands and Heart" EBay listing that you saw?
http://www.rootsvinylguide.com/432
It is a shame that the seller seems to have removed the sound clips from this listing, so there is no good way to tell if it is the same track. The track names don't quite match up with the clip that you posted either.

@Ites:
Thats something you could think just seeing it... but when you listen to it you know its augustus pablo prod. For example listen to "Me Breda You Ago Feel It" by Hands & Heart. Very very similar indeed...

Re: Secret Black Ark/Lee Perry Productions
I`m sat here listening to a CDR of " Zion Hill Dub " by Bobby Kalphat and Phil Pratt , get to track six ( no track list as it is a Terminal Records white label ) and come across this track that is VERY reminiscent of Perry/Black Ark about the time of " Kung Fu Meets The Dragon " era .
I have read in " People Funny Boy " by Dave Katz that the pair ( Kalphat and Pratt ) had studio time at the Black Ark . Any ideas or knowledge about this track ?
