I like this song. I think I judged Majek Fashek too quickly based solely on his rendition of Hotel California, which I don't like that much.

I don't think any lp or single exist but i'm maybe wrong!

I bought the cd "Rainmaker" 10 years ago in Canada and it was produced by Tuff Gong international. And "promised land" is really the song of the album.

Just while talking about Majek. Pray for him. Last time i saw him in Lagos, he wasn't looking great. But I think he's pulling through. Great talent though. Yeah Big talent.
