Biko's Kindred Lament was already mentioned by afrikola, and the title track from the same album, Tribute To The Martyrs, also mentions Mr. Biko (and SA) in the list.

It isn't Reggae, but I recently found a used copy of the "Ain't Gonna Play Sun City" benefit album selling for one US dollar. Had to pick it up. It really made think about all that has passed since then.
