The Viceroys,Barrington levy

Post by Wanks »

Are there any dubs albums to these
or just an album with the versions to the riddims on them?
Thanks

This is going to drive me crazy. My friend has a dub album that had at least most of the Poor Man Style dubs on it, but the last time i heard it was probably 15 years ago! And I can't place it now. But I'm also pretty sure that at least a couple of them are on Scientist Encounters Pac-Man (?) I'll have to check that and get back to you.

Well, the riddims for Don't Give Up, I Can't Wait Too Long and This LIttle Boy are on Scientist Encounters Pac Man. Dub Landing Vol. 2 has the riddim for I Love I Love You. None of these are necessarily dubs of the Barrington Levy cuts and may have other singers vocal snippets in, but they are the same riddims.

Still can't remember that other album. I know for sure it had a dub of Rob and Gone on it.

I'm not certain, but I think it is Scientist & Jammy Strike Back! jahadambom's post reminded me of it. If that doesn't have all of them, if you got Pac Man and Strikes Back you'd probably be covered, but don't quote me on it.
