Who was Suckafeng?

I recently bought a record off e-bay by someone named Suckafeng from 1986 titled "Fat Girl" with Fat Head - Secret Admirer on the flip. Label is Papa Roots International. I've yet to hear the song, but took a chance as I enjoyed Fathead and 84-86 were good years to my ears. Any info on this Suckafeng character would be appreciated, as an internet search has produced nothing!
