The song is called "Music Lesson".
It's on this compilation: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000 ... nce&n=5174
as well as on the new Bunny Wailers Box Set "The Wailers Legacy 40th Anniversary".

Yup!I own this track, great track, but I am looking for it in original form. If you listen to the Bunny wailers version it has drum machines used on track, thanx for the feedback though. P&L

I have this on a twelve inch record with a psuedo-picture sleeve. I'll check it out when I get home.

Re: Music gonna teach them a lesson.?
I believe I read somewhere that the original cut of Music Gonna Teach was lost. And that the eighties version with a pitched Bob and Sly&Robbie over dubs is alone existing.
Although Grooving Kingston 12 claims to have the original cut, it is not so. Also the mid eighties 12" Music Lesson-Original Wailers has the same over dubs.
I hope the original cut will be found, I love to hear it!

According to Roger Steffens' wonderful Discography on Marley/Wailers works there are only these overdubbed versions available. The originals from 1971 are still unissued.

I don't know how 'original' the version on Grooving Kingston is, but it's certainly different from the "Original Wailers" 12 inch from 1986
Here's a sample of the Grooving Kingston version:

And another from the 1986 12 inch:
