@ abey. there is as big difference in meaning though.:
i a go at a Jeanie and har sister
means: i am going to (move towards) Jeanie and har sister
i a go hot up Jeannie and har sister
means: i am going to sexually arouse Jeanie & Sister
no rasta would say such a thing (at least not in the 70s, now as for sizzla, capleton etc.. that's a whole different reasoning)
Anyone can help with "All night till day light" lyrics??

A song lyrics like Stir it Up are very sexual, are not?jumbo shower wrote:no rasta would say such a thing (at least not in the 70s, now as for sizzla, capleton etc.. that's a whole different reasoning)
Come and cool me down when I'm hot?
A Your recipe, darling, is so tasty
And you sure can stir your pot
anyway theres a difference, but I dont think it to be so big, cause if im going to Jeanie and her sister, and you know, all night till daylight, maybe there it could be a subliminal message.....
what you think?

@ jumbo just realized what you were saying, maybe in the 70's they used to be more metaphorics...
