OK; Anybody know what (or WHERE) ol' Manley is saying in Natty Universal Dread between "Brooklyn" and "Harlem"?
It sounds kinda like "...Natty dread inna minute" or "inna manat" (short for Manhattan?)

I've played it like, 20 times and I just can't pick it out.

Well, I don't think in a JA accent so it's not always that clear to me....sounds like mennatin on further listening...
