Would anyone happen to know please, which Freddie Mckay release contained "Hey Stranger" as featured on "Beaming" (Scientist: Dub Landing - 1981)?

Hey Stranger appears on McKay's "Tribal Inna Yard" LP of 1983 but it must have been recorded previously.

There is a CD issue of "Tribal Inna Yard" which contains about 6 bonus cuts which sound like they were recorded much earlier than 1983 possibly as far back as early - mid 70`s.

Good luck on finding that record, it took me a long time .
I won it on eBay around two years ago and I haven't seen another copy ever since.
Very wicked record!

This must be a CDR, because I'm certain that this album was never released on CD commercially.

I think Rootsman is talking about the cd version of "The best of " LP (Alvin Ranglin production ) which has 4 bonuscuts (including 4 dubs), not Tribal inna Yard.

You can find Freddie's version of Creation Rebel on his LP "Creation ".Think you're referring to that.
But watch out : Only the version on the "Plant label " has the dub; the one on the "Joe Gibbs " label has no dub, although stated on the cover!!!
