Help needed with ID please

Hi All

This seems like a great forum, hopefully one of the more knowledgeable heads on here can help me out with an ID as have had no luck so far on other dub / reggae forums

Its very vague but this is all I got to go on

Im basicaly working with a track Im producing using a vocal from a reggae track - I dont know the title or the artist. The quality of the acapella I have is very poor so Im trying to track down the original to see if I can get a cleaner version of it.

Would be great to know anyway just for my own interest.

Anyway - the lyrics (as far as I can make out) are....
