im looking for an old tune that i dont know the title of,im really hoping that someone on here remembers it. it was a late 70`s song and the lyrics go like this.....

i have no clue who the artist is either.
thats all i can remember im afraid, i had the song on tape but sadly the ravages of time have caught up with it and is now lost to the vocal gods in my head lol. i really hope it rings a bell in your lyrical head.
