I've got the same one which went for $970, decent enough pressing and sleeve, might look original to someone who wasn't familiar with Studio 1, but you wouldn't want to pay that for it (unless anyone is willing to give me that much!)

As always because of a simple reason: it is so rare and people want it!
So the singer must be known, means the buyer is able to identify the record.
