Both records are from 1985 (remember 'Live Aid' ?)

BRAFA = The British Reggae Artists Famine Appeal Team
All profits went to SAVE THE CHILDREN for long term development in Africa.
musicians include members of Aswad, Black Slate, Dub Band and Jah Warriors
vocals by more than 200 people, featuring Dennis Brown, Trevor Walters, Winston Reedy, Keith Drummond, The Blackstones and many more.

'Land of Africa' - Music is Life(Tuff Gong - 001)
musicians include the Wailers, Third World and members of Steel Pulse
vocals mainly by David Hinds, Bunny Rugs, Freddie McGregor, the I-Threes, Mutabaruka, Edi Fitzroy, Triston Palma and Gregory Isaacs.
All profits in aid of Ethiopian famine victims.

I remember trying to buy 'Lets Make Africa Green Again' a few weeks after its release - it had already been deleted, which seems very strange for a charity record. Great tune though.
