Is this the Reggae Reggae Sauce guy in younger days?

Yes, indeed. He has been prominent mic chanter for Sir Coxsone Outernational for the longest time.

That is a HARD dub album. I think I enjoy it more than pt. 1 even.

I definitely think both parts are fantastic. But the second part is more in my personal preference (that early 80's sound) as Dubb Rock pt. 1 has that earlier dub feel in the mixing. But still both are incredible sets. Would never sell any of them.

Part 1 and 2: Both sets are thrilling! I just grabbed an original press of part 2 on the Regal lable and was very astonished that the mix is totally different of my older Tribesman Repress.

Hmmm... never heard the Tribesman press. How do they differ? Mine is on regal.

The Tribesman Press is very different, lesser effects...and a bit less crazy if you understand what I mean. It was a strange experience as I own this Tribesman Press for years and always loved it. Now I have an original REGAL pressing and learn that Lloydie wanted it very different back in 1980...
