serious gold was a label outta nyc in the 80s. in my personal collection i have NICODEMUS 'The Very Best Of', Sister Carol's 'Liberation for Africa' and a LIVE LP. we recently got in some SG 12s... i'll keep my eye open for the tune you're lookin for.

respect.

The album is called "Wanna be your lover tonight" by Angel Hoytt. Wicked LP indeed including hard tunes like -Sexy Rasta, Jah love and Freedom Train. Never seen these tunes on 12" although that is not to say they don't exist. Hard to find, good luck. Surprised it is not on the RA.

them titles are gold seriously :) for those of you with serious gold releases, when you hold any of the discs infront of a light does the seemingly black vinyl appear see thru gold? i have 2 copies of the angel hoytt lp, only 1 of which has this effect. ive always wondered about this whether it was intentional or a mistake and/or if it applied to any of the other titles on the label. take a peek n lemme know
