Mystery Reggae Artist

Man I wish i knew who this guy is. I saw him in a youtube video a while back. did some other searches for him at the time and didnt find any other videos that i remember. I did find his website at the time and he had several albums. I believe he was a french artist, but, its been a while he could of been an italian or german artist too i guess. He is an older white guy in his 40's or 50's. I dont remember him having dreads but he did have a white beard and he loved his cigarettes. also he was wearing a military style hat

Thanks for replying, but, i dont think thats him. There was definitially a descent sized beard going on and i not sure he spoke english. i feel almost positive that his web site was in another language. Thanks a ton though

Older White guy in his 40s-50s. im not certain hes very popular. he looked very grunge.

Like i said I saw the guy in a youtube video he was featured singing with another band and i cant figure out how i found it because the poster was clearly not speaking english, but, i do think the artist sang in english, but, his website was in another language as well.

He had a kinda wierd website too. definitially wasnt following any american standards (if those even exist) lol
