could someone explain me Clocktower, is it a distributor for UK or a label? and who is running it? I always thought it was Perry related.
listening to natty bongo 45, sounds like a striker lee production, other releases sound more like black ark (ital locks, p.bogle etc)

there is the current bogus bootleg clocktower label from canada ( they always have abraham records mentioned on label or sleeve )
and the now long gone original Clocktower label from new york (which issued bunny lee production, from for example Slim Smith as well as black ark productions, and also wackies stuff )

The original label was run by Brad Osbourne, who was murdered during a robbery in the mid 1980s at his record store if I'm correct.
