looking for help with early blanks

Post by king penn »

Hey guys, I hope someone has expertise with this. I picked up a handful of blanks the other day, and I've got most of them sorted, but I'm looking for help with these ones.

Produced by clancy eccles, title might be "Pussy Sweet Gal"
Dyna C.E. 1158-1

Another Clancy Eccles joint, title might be "Again"
Dyna C.E. "New Beat" 884-1

this title may be "Kansas City"
WIRL DR 4271

This one is a version of "The Same Thing You Gave Daddy"
WIRL T.I.S. 4281

Thanks for the help!

Heh, so I figured out the clancy eccles is CLA 209 "Open Up".

No clue about the WIRL though...

I figured out first one is Stranger Cole "lift your head up high" which came out in England on the Pama Gas imprint.

The Prince Buster company blank is still unknown to me. Its Prince Buster singing a slack tune, it sounds like he sings "holy fishing" he also mentions whine and grind, but its not that tune.
