from what i know, it's a band, singer is Joseph Earlocks. they sing the song 'Free Up Blackman'. Joseph Earlocks also sings this solo. you can also hear it on a Nicodemus song that he toasts over called 'They Call Me Loafer' on his 'Gunman Connection' Lp.

all the same person. he made the tune twice, once for Freedom Sounds as Joseph Earlocks, and once for Morwells as Rising Fire.

he is still around, we voiced a special of "free up the blackman" with him a couple years ago.
