looking for a documentary

Hi folks. Can anyone remember a documentary on UK television, it would have been sometime around 1999/2000 i guess, about a lady from up north that found love in Jamaica with a bloke called Shaggy. I used to have this on VHS and it amused me no end. Was thinking i might find it on youtbube but can't recall the title so have little to go on.
