Errol Dunkley : Palaving Spree - riddim?

I thought this riddim was unique to Errol Dunkley's tune "Palaving Spree" but now I've heard an earlier tune, a Lee Perry production which uses the same bassline. Unfortunately i do not know the title of this. Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Sorry if I missed it in an earlier posting, but who is the
DJ on the 2nd half of the A-side of Errol Dunkley's Palaving Spree 12"? Love that guy's style....
