Could anyone spare a couple of minutes to identify this tune?

You can download this radio show from the 29th May 2004 at the top of the page by right-clicking on Audio, and saving. 36 minutes in, there's a tune. The DJ says it's Sky Rhythm off the Studio One Dub album on Soul Jazz Records, but he's simply wrong, and there's no mention of the tune in the playlist (it should come between the Buzzcocks and Horace Andy).

If anyone can be arsed, could you give it a listen and see if you know what it is? Please and thank you.

It's Bionic Dub (from the album of the same name). The original cut is Red Blood by Vin Gordon, which can be found on the Soul Jazz STUDIO ONE SCORCHER compilation.
