The Prophets - Walls of Jerusalem

Greetings Brethrens,
Today I learned of an album named "Walls of Jerusalem" by "The Prophets". I have heard many of these tracks (including the excellent title track) on various Prophet 7 inches and the Jesus Dread compilation. I never realized that there was an LP that included all these many killer cuts in one place. This LP truly seems to be a lost Yabby You/King Tubby masterpiece (even though most of it can probably be pieced together from other releases). Does anyone have more information about this release? One seller claims that it was a prerelease and only ever came with a plain sleeve. Here is a tracked auction from 2004 and one from today:
