The Stars 12" has been reissued and is if I remember correctly both cheap and great quality (press and sound).

the original 12" on stars can be found relative cheap as well. Seen it several times here in real life during the years (20/30 euro ) and when I was at Haggle records in London last year they had 2 copies in the backroom.

Re: Daniel in the Lions Den - Deejay Cut
I would go for the CD as posted by Nickfa as it contains
Daniel In The Lions Den" in 12" mix with a running time of 6:42
The CD also contains the track "Black Man" which is the DJ version by Tappa Zukie to "Daniel in The Lions Den", this is also a 12" mix with a running time of 7:14
The reason I suggest the CD is that it is a twoofer of two classic albums and has a 19 page booklet containing excellent liner notes and will set you back not much more than the 12" single.
