Mystery Album

Post by Gar »

I am digitizing some old cassettes and came across one that only says "King Tubby" handwritten on the cover and seems to have some dub remixes of a number of different songs. The first song is a version of King Tubby Skank by U-Roy, then a dub version of what I think might be Delroy Wilson's Find Another Girl, the third song I can't ID the fourth seems to be a dub version of "Dance In A Greenwich Farm" by Cornell Campbell. Each song is about 3 mins long. I am wondering if this is a copy of a commercially released compilation of dub, perhaps by King Tubby. Any one got a guess?

I think it might be this Trojan comp you've got (disc 2)

You people are incredible. No matter how obscure or inaccurate a description I post you all manage to quickly ID it, usually on the first try. I had previously gone through the entire King Tubby discography trying to ID this album with no luck. And then Jahson nails it. Thanks so much.
