$1,000 CASH REWARD

DJ Equipment and 2,000 reggae and soul vinyl records in excellent condition were stolen from DJ ASHER between December 2010 and February 2011 from his Public Storage Unit at 1650 West Oakland Park Blvd and I95 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

All records have the name A-S-H-E-R written on them with black magic marker. These records and equipment might have been sold and eventually illegally purchased at the SWAP SHOP or other flea markets or Pawn shops or shipped to Jamaica, England, or Haiti.

Selling, purchasing, and or possessing stolen property is a felony subject to arrest, prison time, fines, and possible deportation.

Be suspicious and get a receipt with a verifiable telephone number when purchasing DJ & Recording Equipment with Brand names: QSC, RANE, JBL,ASHLY, TASCAM, NUMARK, MACKIE, ALESIS, PEAVEY, YAMAHA, DIGITECH, AB, BBE, SHURE, ETA, FURMAN, TECHNICS, and EMU ESI

why would anyone steal digital b records? I mean they are the McDonalds of the reggae labels..

probably more after the equipment...anybody who is specifically after the records would have to know something about them in advance, no?
