Thats not false... The rastas had make him as a god cause he was the alone black emperor descendant of Salomon, but it was just a man with good and sad points, he had more use his money for build beautifull palaces that for give food to his people...
Personnally im as Burning Spear, i dont considere this guy as a god, and Jah is just the name of the unique god as God for the christians or Allah for the muslims etc etc
