I've seen it at least four times the last five or so years. A friend of mine used to have it but sold it in the 90's. Can't remember what he got though. But it wasn't anything that chocked me as with $1600 (I'd sell it for that -- for the money I could rip it, pay for a mastering and press my personal copy ;) + have some extra money).

*Anybody here in the forum owning it?*

Yes, but unfortunately with a very ragged cover. Record plays very well though. It's not a favourite of mine, but a worthwhile set nonetheless.

Never seen a cover at all, thought it was issued in a plain white sleeve. So a ragged cover is better than a plain one.
Sadly I also could never listen to it. Some say it's killer dub and one of the best, but this is said of far too many for sure .....

Alltogether I saw it three times, but one was the same copy, which the buyer sold a few years later again. I may have missed one or two, but anyway it is surely an extremely rare record. Zion Dub is in comparison a rather common record.

I have a mint copy in shrink now, since I posted that other thread. Good dub with the usual sound system intros but nothing even worth that money!

I got this together with "Morris on dub" and "Black Magic dub" from a reggae Shop owner some moons ago. I think "Reggae Workshop" was also Part of the Package. All Albums mentioned are good imho.
Now the question:
Is "Zion dub" Album another Album than "Zion Hill dub" ?

That's quite a haul there, all of those records fetch huge prices on the auctions market.

funny thing actually. Morris on dub is exactly the same recording as this LP (which was released in Jamaica, the US and UK ) People pay silly money for Morris on Dub while they can get the same recording for a few tenners..
