Track listing goes:
Scorcher Dub
Ben Dunn Dub
Laga Dub
Special Brue Dub
Achemist This Dub
Pressure Dub
Enterprise Special Dub
Mozambee Dub

I've got two other Chemist LP's (both on Kingdom) which I rate highly so I'd love to get audio on this one if possible.

Up until recently I never knew this LP was by Peter Chemist. A long, long, long time ago I ran across this album in a used record store's $2.00 bin. Needless to say, I purchased it. You talk about some hard hitting dub...whew! This album is smoking. Unfortunately, I lost this treasure during a move some years back. If I come across it online somewhere I will let you know.

By the way, I have got tons and tons of dub stuff on CD that I am always willing to share. Hit me up with your wishlist.

Yeah, it is a great album. I scanned it and wrote a little about it on my flickr-page. http://www.flickr.com/photos/skengbubbler/5733941288

Reason I asked about it earlier was because I had won the album on an auction at eBay and I wanted to get some more info on what exactly I had bought and what I could expect.

There are two dub LP's I'm looking for mp3's of if you have them.

Edi Fitzroy meets Roots Radics at Channel One (Musical Ambassador LP)
Lovers Dub (Venture LP)

Who mixed that Edi Fitzroy meets Roots Radics? I've long time been a fan of the riddims on the Youthman Penitentiary album. Is this the dub counterpart to that? I recently came across the album Gussie P meets Roots Radics on Musical Ambassador and from the tracklisting it looks to be dubs to these tracks as well. Was thinking about ordering it but it's on cd. Is this the same album you are talking about?

I have no clue who mixed it but I don't think it's Gussie P since he barely had started by '82 (and if he did I'm thinking he was strictly working in the UK at the time). I'm guessing Gussie has done a new mix of the tracks. Didn't know that album existed. If it's available on vinyl I'll definitely buy it.

This is the Edi dub LP.

From memory i`m sure the Edi Fitzroy meets Roots Radics at Channel One (Musical Ambassador LP) is not the same as "Gussie P meets Roots Radics (Musical Ambassador CD)

I have personally only ever seen that album once in a friend of a friends collection. And this last few years its almost become like an holy grail for dub collectors. It is now extremely hard to find and expensive.

The "Gussie P meets Roots Radics" CD though is very good and well worth picking up as in comparison its dirt cheap :)

Thanks guys. The sound clips from the Gussie P album sound nice. Always loved those riddims. It's also got some Bobby Melody tracks dubbed I believe on it as well. Never seen it on vinyl though.
Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread here.
