Hi Balughetto
If you plan a trip to Honest Jons then just around the corner literally 2 minutes walk is "People Sounds Records" at 11 All Saints Road. This shop is always worth a visit. The shop is run by Daddy Vgo who was a selector on one the earliest UK sound systems.
In Shepherds Bush Market is Websters Records Stall which is also worth a visit.
And Kalcidis mentioned Out on the Floor Records. 5 minutes from there in Camden Market is Massive International which also has a decent selection of music.
And as previously mentioned Berwick Street has Reckless Records and opposite is Sister Ray and round the next corner is Sounds of the Universe.

Updating my list with rootsman's and jumbo's suggestions.
I shall post the complete list here when its done. It might be helpful to someone in the near future.
I'll be paying a visit to People Sounds Records for sure!

Re: Reggae Shops London - Update
Not been there for a few years but I`m pretty sure Peckings is closed down too.
Another shop to visit is Body Music in Tottenham High Road by Seven Sisters tube station. They have now moved premises to a smaller shop a few doors down but still stock some good music although mainly CDs nowadays.
Back in the day this shop was responsible for the release of the great Alton Ellis album "A New Day" imo one of the great reggae albums.
