Loved that one for a very long time. And the other by the same girls that also comes on the Top Ranking label (I've never seen this on the Wackies label).

Many of the tunes are repeated on the second LP. I personally prefer the first much more.

By first do you mean first chronologically (Reggae Vibes) or first listed int his thread (Lover's Rock) ?

I like them both but as a fan of showcase LPs I guess I'd choose Lover's Rock if I absolutely had to split them.

Also look out for the superb 'Black Girl / Boy I love You' 12 inch 45 by Joy Card. Absolute killa!

I think the African Roots set is pretty up there with the best...especially Act 2 and Act 5
