help identify DJ and melodica artist

Hi there,

I got a mix of studio one tracks (pretty sure all tracks are studio one releases) from a friend and am having no luck identifying a the DJ(s) on a particular track.

Backing track is a melodica version (think it may be AP, but once again not sure). DJ('s) begin by saying:
"Where I an I belong? check it out I. west? Seen higher. But I an I no Indian. No I. Then which country I belong? Check it out I. Watcha, I gon trace I original place. Seen. Try find out who I an I is all about. In the mean time.........
(melodica comes in) Souunds of meditation."

I'm pretty amateur and can't even figure out the riddim! Anyway, sorry for the total lack of information, but if anyone recognizes the words of these DJ's and the fact that it's over a melodica track I would be so grateful if you could point me in the right direction.
