that's 'Oil & water' by Lone Ark latest project of Roberto Sanchez, from Cantabria, northern Spain. Guy is a genius, did great roots and dub under different names and collaborations with other bands. I think he also has a studio a recorded and produced Earl Zero and others...I think some people in this forum actually know him so they can tell you more.

The dub "Oil & Water In Dub" of this tune, can be found on Lone Ark's Oil & Dub album.
Both albums (Oil & Water + Oil & Dub) are wicked. Excellent roots tunes, great riddims & voices, massive production. Most of the stuff was recorded in the A-Lone Ark Muzik Studio (Santander, Spain) between 2002/2006 (according the sleeve notes).
