Both of these tunes have the same type of beat, with the steady kick drum and the percussion that kind of shuffles along. I'm seriously digging these right now.

Is there a name for this style? Does anyone know of other tunes that have a similar sound?

The carlton and the shoes track is on Drum Song isn't it? In fact the other one sounded a bit like drum song too..... Unless my ears are deciving me, which they often do.
