You're going to have to rely on the goodwill of someone burning their copy of that lp on to a cd for you.
The lp was surely deleted by 1970, and if my info is correct came out through pama records (I could be wrong) They in turn ceased trading as a reggae label / distributer a long while ago now. I heard that a publishing company took on and admisters their rights. But the demand for this lp I don't think would warrant them re releasing it - although I have painful memories courtesy of my dad for having the audacity for playing the lloyd tyrell version within his earshot!
