Where to find prices, in order to buy cd's?

Hello,I intend to buy 100-150 reggae cd's and I was wondering if I could find a site like POPSIKE,but for cd's,in order to buy them.Thank you for any possible help!

Use Amazon, it will give you an idea of what's cheap and what's expensive.

There are social shopping sites, a simple objective to get the right information quickly is luboh.com it allows people to ask and tell their selected friends and also tell the world anonymously. Useful for people anywhere in the world to find how much products and services cost and where they can get them from. It also has price comparisons within a geolocation.

Ditto sellers who list Buy It Nows on eBay. Just because someone has a CD listed for £50+, it doesn't mean that anyone will buy it at that price. Saved searches on there (i.e. it'll email you when something you're looking for is listed) are your friends.

GEMM and Netsounds Music are worth a look sometimes, though your luck may vary. Plenty of sellers who overvalue their stuff though - and plenty of 'sellers' who are just plain timewasters who list with no intention of ever actually selling anything.

eBay is probably the best place, due to the number of people who use the site. Though you might have to make a little bit more effort to list everything (i.e. photograph/scan each item, write an item-specific description, work out accurate postage costs for each item and delivery location, etc)...

List for the minimum price that you'd take for each CD - IOW, don't put things on at 99p (or whatever low price that you think will attract interest), unless you'd be happy sell them for that if only one person bid.

Just to reiterate though, people who list their CDs for £25+ are chancing it (unless it's something exceedingly rare) to see if someone is desperate enough for the item to pay that - and their stuff can remain on the site for months, unsold.

Probably the best advice about pricing on eBay that I have to offer you is to pay close attention to who's buying your stuff and what else they've been buying from other people. If you're selling lots of items to guys who, from their buying habits and buying volume appear to be traders in second-hand CDs who are buying to sell on for a profit (you may even see them re-listing things that they've bought from you and other eBay people on the same account) - then you're probably not charging enough for your stuff in the first place. You might have a couple of 'Doh! I could've probably sold that for double the price' moments before you get into the swing of it...

(it's the online equivalent of going to a car boot sale and having other traders swoop down to buy your stuff and then immediately mark up the price and put it on their own stalls - if it happens, you're doing something wrong)
