Greetings my friends

Since we have a "A COLLECTION" "LOVE" of reggae, i was hoping and thinking if you guys can give me a helping hand! I'M A BIG REGGAE FAN AND ALSO LOVE LISTENING IT AND COLLECTING but my concerned or wondering is "who sings in this track? what's the tune call?" it's taken from a tape i made years ago {around 2001,2002!} from a NYC College station that played reggae/ska and mento. ANY IDEA WHO'S THIS???
