Dennis Brown Dubs?

Post by swaby974 »

I need some help to find the dubs cut to "Lately Girl" and to "Boasting".
I found the dubs cut to each tracks of "Wolf and Leopard" lp except for these two tunes.
Thanks.

the dubs come from 7" and 12" mainly.

"Wolf and Leopard" ==> 7"(Observer)
"Emmanuel" ==> 7" (DEB)
"Here I Come" ==> 7" (Observer)
"Whip Them" ==> 7" (Ossie)
"created By The Father" ==> 7" (DEB)
"Rain From The Skies" ==> 7" (Crazy Joe)
"Children Of Israel" ==> 12" (Diamond)
For "Party Time " dub , i prefer the cut from Gregory Isaacs "Slum Dub" lp.

There's a version of the Lately Girl riddim on the "Rockers Almighty Dub" LP, called Freedom Joy Dub.

Never seen it on vinyl but I would bet there is a dubplate version of it. Dennis Brown was very popular worked with allot of producers so had allot of dubplatecuts on his songs.

Look at popsike for different dubplate versions maybe it is there.
