N° One In The World - U-Roy / Glen Brown Track ID

Post by Roots Archives »

While updating my U-Roy website I was checking some vocal versions on rhythms U-Roy has used.
'N° One In The World', I found, is used by someone called Ron Wilson with an horn cut called 'Get Up'.
But I also found this 'vocal' track that remains unnamed.
Hopefully one of you guys can help me out here.

Here's a [sample](http://www.smokeyroom.net/pantomine.mp3)

Can't help you with the ID, but what a good find! Glen Brown is one of my favourite producers, so it's always nice to find a track that nobody knows about.

that is the 'wonderful' voice of Dovey Jackson singing 'I Think it is best you forget me' , on Pantomine.

It features a nice dub on the flip called 'Tubbys at the control'

Jumbo to the rescue, and he ain't a "nobody" :-)

Always nice to discover a new version, but based on the vocal quality, I would agree with the title!
