What happened to RAS Records?

I´d like to know if somebody has some information about RAS Records. I´ve been searching on web , but there are almost none information about their current situation (their website is really outdated)

Do they still release albuns?
Why is so hard to find RAS albuns to buy, even in good websites?

I think Trojan/Sanctuary bought the RAS catalog some years ago.
