I'm trying to identify a reggae track from my youth.
A song based on a radio show, lyrics go through the news then move onto:
"Now that is the end of the news, this is your weather forecast, very bright at first, in the afternoon scattered showers of African Smoke all over the studio, tonight fair to fine, chalice blazin, herb smokin, everything is rockin, with reggae music all over".
Does anybody know song name/artist?

Its on the bside of Hitsville UK by The Clash on CBS records from 1980

Amazing, that you would get that from my description.
Thanks a lot, a 30 year search is at an end.
