song ID needed

Hi, about a year ago I heard an amazing track on a college radio station dub/reggae show that I haven't been able to identify since then. The track sounded a lot like Jah Thomas (unfortunately it isn't) and mentioned smoking different types of herb and hash in different cities. I can recall the DJ mentioning smoking "paki black" hash and not much else. The problem with the station is that their reggae/dub show is completely automated, just pulling random tracks from their library, so there's no history for the songs played. Could someone please help me identify this track?

Jah Woosh - Marijuana World Tour would be my guess, but I don't think it sounds like Jah Thomas at all, so maybe it's not the right tune.
