I Jah Man : Haile I Hymn - vinyl vs. cd

I really love I Jah Man : Haile I Hymn for many many years. I only have this album on vinyl and I want it on cd. The problem is I heard the cd version and it's a different mix, and absolutely no improvement! Cam someone tell me more about this problem and is it possible to get the original 78 mix on cd?

Be care, 2 version exist in cd (and lp?):
Chapter one (the classic) and
Chapter two (with flut for horns in the chapter one if i remember well)
If its not your prob i can tell you another thing:
Firt time i had hear this album it was from an official tape, and when i had buy the cd longtime after it was not exactly the same version (well, 99% same but not exactly...)
