Norris Reid " Roots and Vine"

Hail bredrens an sistrens. Another info request...
I have a copy of this surprisingly excellent album from this late period, but absolutly no information, except Pablo is the producer. Maybe can you help, who are the musicians, etc. And what do you think of this album ?

just know that he was lead singer for the legendery band "the viceroys" i think he is stupid for leaving that band he had such success with them, i think thats why "the viceroys" didnt get the popularity they should of gotten cause norris reid played a big role in that band.
