The song 'Dr. Who', with the line "I'm from . . .outer space' is on an On-U-Sound record called "North of the River Thames" by Dr. Pablo and the Dub Syndicate. Dr. Pablo is a white British guy inspired by Augustus Pablo who plays melodica like his namesake. It's a terrific record.
