Phil Pratt

Post by kevin »

Just discovered that Skin Flesh and Bones - Blood in Dub is identical to Phil Pratt's - Best Dub Album Ever
Different track titles but identical music/dubs.

It's bad enough when albums/tracks get reissued with different names but the same producer to do this beggars belief

Hello

yes thats the one.

Blood in Dub Vol 2 is different kettle of fish.

Different set of dubs but he's put electro drums and other sounds over the older tracks. Awful

There is a track called "Stinger" on his Dial M For Murder album that has one of my favorite ever drum performances. There is a section towards the end that he is just showing off. "He", being S. Dunbar.

That tune has also blown more of my speakers than any other.
